My stay at this hotel was a mixed experience. On one hand, the rooms were unbearable due to the lack of fresh air and small windows, although the size of the bed was decent. On the other hand, the staff was very kind and attentive, especially with our baby, making our stay more comfortable. The location was unbeatable, being right next to the Hofburg, but the dining options were a bit limited. Overall, it was a stay with highs and lows.
