Reviews and Ratings
My stay at this hotel was a mixed experience. On one hand, the rooms were unbearable due to the lack of fresh air and small windows, although the size of the bed was decent. On the other hand, the staff was very kind and attentive, especially with our baby, making our stay more comfortable. The location was unbeatable, being right next to the Hofburg, but the dining options were a bit limited. Overall, it was a stay with highs and lows.
The hotel is in a perfect location, within walking distance to major attractions and great for sightseeing and shopping. The rooms were spacious, bright, and very clean. The service was exceptional with friendly and helpful staff. The dining experience offered varied and delicious options. However, the room provided was the smallest I've ever seen, and the complimentary drink service was disappointing.
The hotel is wonderfully located at the city center, providing easy access to various attractions such as the Cafe Central and Vienna State Opera House. The rooms are modern and artistically designed, offering a Superior level of comfort. The service was impeccable, especially the bartender who made our stay truly memorable. Overall, the hotel offers great value for money with unexpected high cost-benefit ratio.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of great and not-so-great experiences. The location was ideal for exploring the historic district and enjoying sightseeing and shopping nearby. The rooms were clean and nice but felt a bit cramped for four people. The service was a bit disorganized and rude at times, although some staff members were excellent. The dining experience was brilliant but came with a hefty price tag. Overall, a good value for money stay with some ups and downs.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was perfect, with easy access to the U3 station and close to iconic landmarks like the Hofburg Palace and St Stephen's Cathedral. However, the rooms were noisy due to ongoing construction nearby, and the daily servicing was lacking. The service was a mix of positives with friendly staff but slow and inefficient handling of departures and arrivals. Dining offered a varied selection, although the breakfast seemed to have lost its former charm from years ago.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms, although spacious and clean, had some issues like lights flickering and a leaking sink. The service was a bit hit or miss, with some staff being very helpful while others were rude and unaccommodating. The location, right in the heart of the city, was a definite highlight, making it easy to explore all the attractions. The dining experience fell short of expectations, with limited options. Overall, it was an average stay with room for improvement.
